Staying on task is hard for me. Following up on biz cards from SXSW Interactive 2011 got me off on thirty minute plus tangent of surfing sites. Michael Skoler's card, Public Radio Int'l VP Interactive, triggered this diversion. To get back on task I'm bookmarking here in this post some pieces of a puzzle that I'm working on, "What constitutes valid civic engagement today?"
